Babbler may repeat tracks after some time if it has not connected to the internet, or if some programs have become unavailable. Please follow the steps below to correct this:
1) In the main screen of Babbler, check if it says 'Player' in the top bar. This means it is online and connected to the internet. If it says 'Offline', please check network settings on your device and make sure you are connected. We recommend restarting the device after confirming internet connection.
2) Go to the 'Channels' screen by pressing the bottom left button in Babbler, (looks like the letter C). If some channels are turned 'off', the music will be limited. This can result in repetition.
3) If all Channels are on and repetition continues, please contact us for more troubleshooting advice.
