Chart Hits returns in 2015 with the biggest pop hits stuffed into one playlist.
Taylor Swift - 'Blank Space'
Australia can't get enough of Taylor Swift, her latest album '1989' topped the ARIA charts, held the strongest first week sales of the year and went double platinum! Her single 'Blank Space' has been heralded as her best work yet, with satirical lyrics about her very public love life! Aussie fans can look forward to T-Swizzle's '1989' tour which arrives in town later this year.
The Veronicas - 'If You Love Someone'
Aussie pop siblings The Veronicas delivered their self-titled LP last November featuring the monster ballad 'You Ruin Me'. The duo back it up with 'If You Love Someone, a more poppy affair reminiscent of their debut '4ever' (from way back in 2005)! The single has been certified gold and is their fifth song to make the top five. The Veronicas kick off the new year by taking their 'Sanctified' tour to the UK and United States.
One Direction - 'Night Changes'
London-based boy band One Direction continue to snare fresh fans five years after they first formed. The record breaking five piece are the first band to have four albums debut at number one in the U.S! The former X Factor contestants released their album 'Four' late last year and the second single 'Night Changes' is still on the airwaves. For all their fans itching for a 1D date, just watch the video for a first person point of view. Love it or hate it!
Charli XCX - 'Break The Rules'
British singer Charli XCX hit the spotlight with her collaboration on Iggy Azalea's 'Fancy', Icona Pop's 'I Love It' and her global mega hit 'Boom Clap'. Her third full length 'Sucker' recently hit the shelves featuring the lead single 'Break The Rules'. The video makes references to The Simpsons, Jawbreaker, The Craft and Carrie - don't miss it! 'Sucker' was recently crowned 'Best Pop Album' of the year by Rolling Stone.
