Katy Perry-Roar

Later this month Katy Perry is due to release her fourth album ‘Prism’ featuring the lead single ‘Roar’! The California girl has a big mountain to climb in order to outdo the record breaking ‘Teenage Dream’ LP. Expect to hear the talents of several superstar guests including our very own Sia, plus Emeli Sandé, Diplo, Sarah Hudson, Stacie Orrico and heaps more! Despite controversy claiming that ‘Roar’ plagiarises Sara Bareilles' 'Brave', the song has cracked the top ten in more than twenty countries. Impressive!

Olly Murs – Right Place Right Time

29 year-old British singer Olly Murs delivers single number five (that’s right… number five!) from his latest studio album ‘Right Place Right Time’. The title track made an immediate impact at radio, no surprise given the success of

‘Dance With Me Tonight’ and ‘Dear Darlin’ before it. The former X Factor runner-up pays homage to his time on the talent show by featuring audition footage in his latest music video. I think it’s fair to say that finishing second best hasn’t hurt his career!

Rihanna – What Now

Rihanna has been voted as one of TIME Magazine’s most influential people in the world, so when Rhi Rhi drops a single - the world listens! Her latest is ‘What Now’ from the 2012 full length ‘Unapologetic’. This time round the Barbadian popstar has enlisted the help of Livvi Franc to pen the ballad (which peaked at 21 on the ARIA charts). Over the past four years Rihanna has delivered an album every year, will she make it five in a row? We’ll keep our fingers crossed.

Mumford & Sons – Hopeless Wanderer

Mumford & Sons second LP ‘Babel’ continues to invade our eardrums more than a year after its release! Buckle up for their next indie folk hit ‘Hopeless Wanderer’ which will not be remembered for its emotionally charged song writing. Instead, it’ll be remembered for the completely ridiculous video clip that accompanies it! The quartet employed the services of comedians Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman, Ed Helms and Will Forte to fill their shoes. A must watch!
