                Ellie Goulding – ‘Burn’

British popstar Ellie Goulding has re-released her 2012 LP ‘Halcyon Days’ featuring the new single ‘Burn’. Originally written for Leona Lewis’ ‘Glassheart’ album, the song has refused to be overlooked (slowly climbing into the ARIA top ten). Goulding’s breakout moment was ‘Lights’ which dominated the radio waves and led to a Brit Award back in 2011.

One Direction – ‘Best Song Ever’

Hmmm… I’m sure there’s plenty of music fans that would disagree but nevertheless – this is the ‘Best Song Ever’by mega stars One Direction! The British-Irish boy band has created a parody video to accompany it which features the lads in compromising positions! Tomlinson and Horan are cast as shady Studio Executives but Malik’s cross dressing role as the assistant definitely steals the show. Meanwhile One Direction’s new concert film ‘This Is Us’ has been released, providing an inside look at the band.

Justin Timberlake – ‘Take Back The Night’

JT’s new album ‘The 20/20 Experience’ (2 of 2) hits shelves this month featuring the controversially titled - ‘Take Back The Night’. The director of The Take Back The Night Foundation (which fights violence against women) was quick to point the finger at the singer. However, no legal comeuppance ensued! ‘Take Back The Night’ is a return to Justin’s r&b/disco past and was written with the help of J-Roc (producer of Jay-Z / Nelly Furtado) and music industry vet Timberland.

Imagine Dragons – ‘On Top Of The World’

Las Vegas rock act Imagine Dragons released their debut album ‘Night Visions’ last year and now its a worldwide smash – charting in more than fifteen countries! The four piece have delivered their latest single ‘On Top Of The World’which celebrates the success. Singer Dan Reynolds carries the positive tune, backed with guitar and piano. This release follows the chart topping song ‘Radioactive’. Expect to hear a lot more of these guys!
